"Studies shown that people who journal regularly do experience increased happiness and enhanced wellbeing." -Kikki K.  I have decided that 2018 will be my year. So, I have bought myself an agenda from my favorite brand "Mofkera" and some other complementary to-do lists and note pag from M-Box. Actually, they always do meet my expectation. Mofkera do have 5 different designs: Dream Catcher, Unicorn, Mandala, Flamingo, and Princess. And they are available all over Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, Libya, and still expanding. M-Box do have a range of to-do list and notepad designs that I had very hard time to choose from. To my surprise they do also offer notebooks, agendas, and Ramadan planners. M-Box is a local Egyptian brand that delivers to Egypt and Lebanon. Mofkera is a local Egyptian brand providing a wide set of notebooks that differ in designs and sizes. "Fill your own cup, before filling someone else's cup."-Haley Cairo Below you will find a consolidated list from all the lifestyle vlogs I have kept watching lately to welcome a fresh 2018. A small obvious confession is being addicted to lifestyle bloggers and vloggers lately. Write down your resolutions.  Write down all your goals and categorize them. Track your goals progression. Understand the WHY as an internal motive. Plan a motivational routine for your mornings and evenings. Keep your space clean and organized. Get a planner/agenda to keep your year organized. Mark the important events in your calendar. Create daily reasonable to-do lists. Plan daily break-time to spend doing happy things (watch movie, go out, ...). Keep learning continuously. Decompress on daily basis  (nap, walk, meditate, ...). Set rewards to your accomplishments. Double your last year savings. Read more books. Volunteer/donate more. Journal on daily basis. Keep your

"Tomorrow, is the first blank page of a 365 page book. Write a good one." In this blog post I will try to consolidate my 2017 highlights & 2018 planned highlights, so please bare with me & reflect on your very own 2017 accomplishments + 2018 plans too. In 2017 I have achieved and learned the following: I have reached my 5th blogging anniversary. I have started my full-time job in a big multinational. I have struggled a lot to find my career satisfaction. I have been more responsible. I have won some competitions along with my team. I have received my first salary raise. I have joined the Rotary organization. I have decided to let it go & focus mainly on the future. I have started to become financially independent. I have learned that the only thing I need to be is to be GOOD. I have visited a new country in Egypt which is Fayoum, I have enjoyed it. I have learned basic crochet. I have learned by practice. I have met new people that

Looking Forward.

Every year we do have the chance to start over from scratch. We do have the chance to change everything to the better version. During the last days in 2017, I do look forward to start over and fresh. This is the time of year when we all start planning and creating our new year's resolutions and goals, planning the habits that we do plan to introduce into our lives, dreaming of the new successes or accomplishments both personally and professionally. So, here I am reminding myself of the most important things to start a fresh 2018. Break every big goal to small to be done steps. You have to set the big goal, for example "Launching the new campaign on a certain date" or "Losing certain KG during 2018". And then break this goal to small steps or a specific todo list that should be followed to reach your ultimate goal. "I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You're doing things you've never done before, and more importantly, you're doing something." -Niel Gaiman Currently, we are kissing 2017 bye bye & welcoming 2018 to our lives. It is a festive season with festive vibes. Secret Santas are all around, movie nights are here with bunch of family members or friends watching "Home Alone". Popcorn, Chips, Coke, and Pizza everyday and everywhere. While kissing 2017 good bye, it is time to reflect. This is the time of the year where we reflect to learn and grow. This is the time of the year I do love the most. During those days, I usually take a break. So, I can have enough time to relax & disconnect. To have time to learn & welcome a new year with new goals, accomplishments, and
