35 things to do if you want to escape stress!

Nowadays we are in a continuous stress, as we need to live our life to the fullest. We need to work and build our empires, we need to go out and party, we need to connect with our families and friends, we need to love and be loved, we need to sleep for 8 hours daily and get rest, we need to continue our sturdies and get our masters. We need it all and we don't want to pick things over the other. During all of this stress, it is quite normal for our moods to go down. And here I am doing my homework and research to get a list of things that may help us in relaxing and refreshing. Yes! We all do deserve a break and a spirit recharge in the mid of all the chaos to keep the good vibes going. As I have already compiled a habits list , here I am compiling an escape list. #01 Drink a lot of herbal tea (aka. Anise Tea). #02 Read good books (aka. Self Help). #03 Use essential oils and breathe the scent deeply. #04 Do some yoga and stretching. #05 Do any form of meditation
