35 things to do if you want to escape stress!



Nowadays we are in a continuous stress, as we need to live our life to the fullest. We need to work and build our empires, we need to go out and party, we need to connect with our families and friends, we need to love and be loved, we need to sleep for 8 hours daily and get rest, we need to continue our sturdies and get our masters. We need it all and we don't want to pick things over the other. During all of this stress, it is quite normal for our moods to go down. And here I am doing my homework and research to get a list of things that may help us in relaxing and refreshing. Yes! We all do deserve a break and a spirit recharge in the mid of all the chaos to keep the good vibes going.

As I have already compiled a habits list, here I am compiling an escape list.


#01 Drink a lot of herbal tea (aka. Anise Tea).
#02 Read good books (aka. Self Help).
#03 Use essential oils and breathe the scent deeply.
#04 Do some yoga and stretching.
#05 Do any form of meditation to declutter your mind.
#06 Take an outdoor walk.
#07 Write or journal to let your mind vent. 
#08 Watch a relaxing movie (aka. Comedy).
#09 Use a set of affirmations or life mottos.
#10 Play some mind-games (aka. Chess, Crosswords, Sudoko).
#11 Enjoy your time in nature.
#12 Add motivational quotes or a dream board in front of you.
#13 Clean your face with Rose Water.
#14 Use Coconut Oil for your eyes' black circles.
#15 Create a good playlist to go to during your commute time.
#16 Declutter and clean your area.
#17 Sleep for 8 hours, sleep early to wake up early. 
#18 Light some scented candles.
#19 Plan your days and projects ahead of time.
#20 Drink a lot of water.
#21 Get out of your comfort zone and face your fears.
#22 Plan for an adventure.
#23 Look forward to your new vacation.
#24 Limit your phone/laptop usage after waking up.
#25 Limit your phone/laptop usage before bed.
#26 Watch motivational speeches or TED/TEDx talks.
#27 Eat healthy food.
#28 Force yourself to think positively.
