Everyone out there is seeking success, and anything comes with a price. Success' price is hard-work!
To get your degree you do need to work hard. To get your job you do need to work hard.
To be competitive enough in the work environment you do need to work hard.
The bottom line is you need to be your own girl boss. You need to work hard for yourself and your successes!
One of my managers once told me, you need to pave the road for yourself because no one will speak for you. After digesting such words, I actually can't agree more! No one knows your needs, wants, and desires. No one is capable to speak your words or to do your actions. You have to adult and pave the road to yourself.
