Being a Girl or a Boy, means that you are still forming your personality and character. You still need to work hard on yourself, as you are still young and inexperienced.
In contrast with this being a Woman or a Man, means that you just need to develop what you have already reached from personality and character. You are mature enough, knowing well who are you? and what you do want from life?

Being a Girl Vs Woman:
While getting angry; girls scream or give a silent treatment, on the other hand woman communicate like an adult and respond in stead of reacting. Being a girl, you always feel as if you are a princess and that people must give you more than what you really deserve; in contrast being a woman gives you the sense of what you really have or your standards in stead of expectations. A girl uses her beauty as if it is her basic value, but a woman believes that her worth is beyond her physical appearance, a woman basis her value on her personality, strength, values, and humanity. A girl banks on a man for her financial stability; on the other side a woman banks on herself for financial stability-if your husband is your financial bank is a basic line for you, then you are a girl. But if it is a bonus, then you are a woman. A girl sees life as a matter of scarcity, and fights to reserve things to herself; but a woman helps other women, because she knows that there is plenty of everything to everyone. A girl is not related to anything domestic, and feels proud by the fact that she cannot cook or clean; on the other hand a woman is proud of being domestic, she understands that being domestic is not a duty, but it is a one way of taking care of others. Girls want attention, but women want respect.
A boy may have an idea of what you want, but a man knows what he want and goes after it. A boy lives in the moment, on the other hand a man plans ahead and builds an infrastructure for his planned family. A boy run away from series situations and makes drama, but a man deals with the situation even if he is uncomfortable. A boy only knows how to have fun, but a man mixes fun with building a career and life. A boy haven't established a set of values or a moral in life yet, but a man knows well his values and his moral in life.
Being a man or a woman is the stage of maturity you reach despite of your age.
Take time to evaluate yourself, your actions, your behaviors, and your attitude; to know whether you are mature or not yet.
