The difference between SUCCESS and FAILURE
This was a question that I've to answer today in an interview.
Frankly speaking the answer suddenly popped to my mind, without thinking about this topic deeply before.
I've answered it that way, straight forward. Then I believed in this answer more and more.
Success is putting a target and reaching it, while learning from the journey itself.
Failure on the other hand, is not reaching your target or even reaching it, but without learning anything from your journey.
I think this little comparison is fair enough. Success is learning, even without reaching. Failure is not learning, even with reaching.
